We have only been here 1 year, hubby has been downsized and we plan to leave this city. The home is on the market. I have tried to depersonalize and declutter. And I am very neat and clean,Very limited funds for any additional changes. Could re paint the 2 bedrooms at this time. Can not buy ‘new’ furniture, nor do any more remodeling. The master bath was just redone.
If you would care to comment about what you see it would be appreciated. You might not like our personal belongings, but what is your overall thought on this house. Can’t do much about outside, as it seems to snow every other day!
Now this house is in Wichita Kansas, and from being here only a year, I don’t know what these people consider ‘in’….country decor seems to dominate….and so does boring beige.
Care to help? Leave comments! Thank so much for your time…have a great day!
You know, I think your house looks fine just the way it is. I watch those shows where they go in and stage the house and I almost always agree with what they do, but in your case I would say it’s already ready to be shown. I really don’t think you need to do anything different. Good luck selling it and in all honesty, unless it’s over-priced, I really don’t think you’ll have much of a problem selling it.
